Soul Eater

I’ve been watching Soul Eater on youtube the past few days. It’s pretty good and great for keeping up your Japanese. (The subtitled version of course!) But they stopped uploading new episodes in a かなり微妙なところ. Now I need to find more episodes somewhere else, I guess.

  1. For getting anime, you can get pretty much anything with bittorrent.

But of course, there’s that small issue with copyright infringement. I’ve heard they send out letters but I haven’t heard anyone getting sued or anyone’s internet getting cut over anime.

You can also try visiting the sub groups’ IRC channels and download from their XDCC bots, which will lower the chances of them getting your IP address (I think). It’ll also probably be faster.

Now I have a different question. Why do characters in shows talk nothing like people in real life?

    • I kind of like it. But for goodness sakes, use normal voices for language educational material! We want to learn normal Japanese, not become voice actors.

  2. peerguardian is an application you can load up each time you go to use bittorrent that will block a big % of the “haters” 😉 i don’t leave it loaded all the time, since it can sometimes get in the way, but it’s at least a small filter

p.s. love the site thanks for all your hard work
