slow forum access

Is it just me (that is, my ISP) or has the forum been quite slow at times the past few days? Incredibly slow even; to the point of connections timing out when loading pages.

Nope, it's not just you.  I noticed it earlier this week, but figured it was just a brief network outage somewhere.

Again, somewhere between 0300 and 0500 on Sunday morning (UTC) (sorry, I didn't record the exact time), I was getting time-outs again and couldn't telnet to port 80.  Everything was back to normal after a few minutes.  I have noticed a general slowness in the last week too, but it's not constant: sometime everything is very snappy, other times not; I figured it could just be general congestion or server load.
