food for thought: your post is really interesting, i could get a lot out of it. however, you assume that people know the kanji's you used, in which case is not useful at all for the beginners who simply wants to know how to address someone when they learn how to speak. i suggest that you at least add furigana for easy reading; it'll not only help them really understand the information you posted, but also learn the kanji's attached as well.
