Firstly, why are the connectors for expressing contradiction sometimes used as a general connector, but not other connectors? (if other connectors can also be used, which one do i choose?)
Secondly, the example 映画を見たり、本を読んだり、昼寝したりする。 Isn't 昼寝(taking a afternoon nap) a noun, and so conjugating to past tense is 昼寝だった --> 昼寝だったりする?
