時間がなかったからパーティーに行きませんでした
(Didn't go to the party because there was no time)

How do you put it into the present tenses?
both plain and polite form.

eg. I'm not going to the party because there is no time)

is it   "時間がないからパーティーに行くない"

     "時間がないからパーティーに行きません"

just a rough guess.
