- But (even so), everybody said they're going. I have to go too.

Is the "I have to go too" translation derived from "私も行かないと", with assuming behind the と, there's not written "must not" words like "だめ/ いけない/ ならない"?

If my understanding is wrong, please tell me how the "I have to go too" is derived.
