That is why things like Rikaichan exist. Also, by hovering the mouse cursor over the words, the hiragana reading should be visible (except in the Advanced section). If someone is not seeing it, then they should change their browser.

And if someone cannot even read hiragana, they should certainly not be reading this far.
It is widely known that romaji causes huge problems for progress in Japanese. It might seem like a useful crutch in the beginning, but after a while the student will never be able to visualize japanese when they hear it spoken, and that will hamper his studies significantly. After one gets too used to romaji, abandoning it is extremely difficult, which is why the best books only briefly mention romaji in order to quickly introduce hiragana, and after that ditch it completely.

It is widely recommended by several students and teachers of japanese to abandon romaji as soon as possible. I also recommend it, because I had the same problem, and it took me a great deal of time and effort to stop thinking in romaji.
