For those who are at a more

For those who are at a more advanced level, I have found that writing your own foreign language diary helps immensely. Just try to summarize some key events or thoughts on the day in a small planner. Hey, even write about the food you ate - it all helps. Don't worry about length, just keep it consistent. For intermediate, I'd work on recording new words and ideas you encounter every day and maybe making a sentence with them.

For the really advanced, start your own foreign language blog. You could likely post some rough edits to lang-8 then upload your posts later if you think you've made many mistakes.
