Ok, I had a little trouble figuring this out so here&#8217;s what it&#8217;s all about. I pick a topic related to Japan and you guys write a blog post about the topic and send me a link by the 20th of September. On the 24th of September, I will post another blog post with links to all your guy&#8217;s blog posts on the topic (unless it sucks, ha ha just kidding&#8230; kinda). The idea is to increase cross pollination of linkage in the Japan blogosphere in a Web 2.0&#8230; 3.0&#8230; no! 4.11 Ultimate Professional Edition fashion. Basically, it&#8217;s a way for me to get some interesting posts on the topic of my choosing. Last month&#8217;s topic was on &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.thetokyotraveler.com\/nihon-on-the-net-20\/\">Impressions of Tokyo<\/a>&#8221; hosted by Shane on the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thetokyotraveler.com\/\">Tokyo Traveler<\/a>. The little widget on the left will also show you all the past entries and a link to <a href=\"http:\/\/blogcarnival.com\/bc\/submit_4796.html\">submit<\/a> your blog post to me.<\/p>\n<p>This month&#8217;s topic is on &#8220;The Language of Japan&#8221; or \u300c\u30cb\u30c3\u30dd\u30f3\u306e\u8a00\u8449\u300d and I made it &#8220;nippon&#8221; just to make it sounder cooler and more official. Of course, it was going to be language-related! While I&#8217;d like to hear about the Japanese language and your experiences with it in particular, you can write about any topic as long as it&#8217;s related to languages in Japan.<\/p>\n<p>If you have a topic you&#8217;d like to discuss, <a href=\"http:\/\/blogcarnival.com\/bc\/uprof_28482.html\">send Nick a message<\/a> to sign up to be the next host. Not to be confused with similar Kanji in words such as \u300c\u8b66\u5bdf\u300d\u3001\u300c\u6469\u64e6\u300d and \u300c\u56fd\u969b\u300d.
